Return & Repair Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. If anything isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be in unused, unworn condition
- Must be returned with all original packaging and cards
- Return must be made within 30 days of delivery
Return Shipping
At this time, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. As a growing start-up, we do not yet offer free return labels. This allows us to maintain fair pricing and continue investing in high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and small-batch production.
We cannot accept returns or provide free repairs for:
- Items that show signs of wear
- Custom or engraved pieces
- Lost items or missing stones caused by heavy impact or misuse
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your item
- Allow up to 7 business days for funds to arrive in your bank account
Any item showing wear, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund. In those circumstances, a store credit will be issued after the punitive damage has been accounted for.
Repairs
Your jewelry is crafted to last, and we proudly offer repair services for:
- Loose stones
- Bent components
- Broken clasps
- Structural issues
Lifetime Repair Coverage (Craftsmanship Issues Only)
If your piece experiences a manufacturing related issue, we will repair it free of charge.
Other Repairs
Damage caused by regular wear, accidental impact, or mishandling can still be repaired for a small fee depending on the service needed.
