Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Naa’m Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. For lost or stolen items, please contact your local carrier.

Incorrect Address Policy

If you notice an incorrect address on your order, please contact us immediately at naamjewelry@outlook.com. If your order has not yet entered processing, we will update the information for you.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, the customer is responsible for any issues or delays caused by the incorrect address. In this case, please reach out directly to the courier service to resolve or redirect your package.

Order Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All packages are shipped with tracking for security. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with neighbors or building management.

For any package marked as delivered but missing, please contact the courier service directly to open an investigation.

Naa'm Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once shown as delivered by the carrier.
