Product Authenticity & Material Accuracy

At Naa’m Jewelry, we hold our craftsmanship to heirloom standards:

  • Materials: All solid gold pieces (10k, 14k, and 18k) are crafted strictly from solid gold—never gold plated or vermeil.

  • Gemstones: Diamond, CZ, moissanite specifications are listed as accurately as possible. Due to natural variations in gemstones and hand-finishing, slight unique characteristics may occur.

  • Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, metal tones, and proportions of our jewelry accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings.

 

Pricing & Order Acceptance

  • Currency & Payments: All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be made in full at checkout via our authorized payment processors.

  • Price Adjustments: Due to fluctuations in precious metal market values, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Errors & Corrections: In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item. If your card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Orders are packaged with secure, discreet outer packaging to protect your purchase.

  • Tracking & Signatures: High-value solid gold shipments may require a signature upon delivery for customer protection.

  • Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address entries.

Custom designs, resized items, or personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present upon delivery.
